• Rewards cannot be exchanged or sold for cash.
• Each reward tier is only redeemable once (e.g. 15 nights will not equate to 3 complimentary upgrades).

• Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.
• Each reward is available to claim once the night requirements are met ( per calendar year from 1st January to the 31st December).
