This Privacy Policy sets out how we, Leaderboard Golf Holdings Group , obtain, store and use your personal information in line with EU legislation and data protection law of 25th May 2018. Leaderboard Golf’s businesses include The Oxfordshire Golf Club Ltd, Dale Hill Hotel & Golf Ltd and Sandford Springs Limited.

We will make sure all personal data that is supplied is held as securely as possible, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

Data

Leaderboard Golf Holdings Group does not sell or otherwise transfer any personal data to commercial companies or other organisations, with the exception of web statistics (see below) which are hosted and managed by a third party company (ie Google, Inc and other web analytics services).

Hotel / Opera Reservations System

We currently use Opera for all aspects of accommodation, meeting and events reservations and may collect personal information such as;

  • Name, title, home and work address, telephone number, email address and passport information
  • Your stay information including date of arrival and departure, goods and services purchased and special requests made
  • Credit and debit card number (this will always be encrypted)
  • Employer or other relevant details if you are an employee of a corporate account, a vendor or other type of business partner e.g. travel agent or meeting and event planner
  • Additional contact information about you that we may obtain through third parties with whom we do business, for example, travel agent bookings.

If you submit any Personal Information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with the Services (e.g., if you make a reservation for another individual), you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Enjovia Gift Vouchers

Enjovia is a gift voucher e-commerce platform that facilitates and supports the sale of gift experiences, tickets and merchandise for the hospitality and leisure sectors.

Collecting Data

Enjovia acts as the Data Processor on behalf of the customer, who is the Data Controller. Data is collected by Enjovia on behalf of the customer.

What Data is Collected

The personal data that Enjovia collects can be split into buyer and recipient data, representing the purchaser of the voucher and its intended recipient respectively.

Data collected about the buyer is:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Card first 6 and last 4 digits
  • Name on card, card expiry date

Data collected about the recipient is:

  • Name
  • Delivery address (email or postal, depending on delivery method)

Enjovia also collects the personal message to be written on the voucher, and data from each website visitor to the customer’s voucher site.

This visitor data cannot be linked to an individual. It consists of:

  • IP address for geolocation
  • Operating System
  • Browser type
  • Actions taken on the website
  • URL that the website was accessed from, if a link was followed to get there

Legal Basis

The basis for collecting this data is as follows.

To fulfill a contract recipient information and the voucher personal message is needed for Enjovia to successfully produce and deliver the purchased item.

Legitimate interest:

  • Buyer information is used to confirm authenticity if buyers contact the customer regarding their purchases. Any issues with the purchase or its delivery are also communicated to the buyer using these details.
  • Website visitor data is used for commercial interest - to determine drop off points through the purchase and checkout process, highest sales regions, where optimisations should be made for specific browsers, where focus should be put for future designs in terms of mobile vs desktop etc.

We may have legal obligations whereby Buyer information can be provided to authorities if criminal activity is carried out by the user of a voucher.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

Enjovia does not share any of this data with any third parties.

Information Usage

Data is used for the purposes outlined in the Legal Basis section of this document.

Length of Storage

Buyer and recipient data is stored for 6 months after a voucher's expiry date.

Rights of Subjects

Either the recipient or buyer can request to have their data removed at any point. If this is before the voucher has been used, the voucher becomes void.

Raising a Complaint or Making Data Removal Requests

Data subjects can raise issues, complaints, or request to have their data removed by emailing contact@enjovia.com.
